Failure to appoint local auditor E+W

8 (1) Section 12 does not apply in relation to an NHS trust mentioned in paragraph 3(1)(a), or the trustees for such a trust as mentioned in paragraph 3(1)(b). E+W

(2) Paragraph 9 applies in relation to such a body.
