19HMRC administrative expenses: financial provision

(1)

In section 165 of the Social Security Administration Act 1992 (adjustments between the National Insurance Fund and Consolidated Fund), in subsection (5)(a), after “adoption pay” insert “ or the National Insurance Contributions Act 2014 ”.

In section 145 of the Social Security Administration (Northern Ireland) Act 1992 (adjustments between the National Insurance Fund and Consolidated Fund), in subsection (5)(a), after “adoption pay” insert “ or the National Insurance Contributions Act 2014 ”.
