13E+WIn section 124(9) of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014 (anaw 4) (restrictions on arrangements for children to live outside England and Wales), after “does not apply” insert “—
(a)to a local authority placing a child in secure accommodation in Scotland under section 25 of the Children Act 1989, or
(b)”.
