Part 4 General

121 General interpretation

In this Act—

• “notice” means written notice (and to “notify” means to give written notice);

• “the OfS” has the meaning given by section 1;

• “primary legislation” means—

  (a)

  an Act of Parliament;

  (b)

  an Act of the Scottish Parliament;

  (c)

  a Measure or Act of the National Assembly for Wales;

  (d)

  Northern Ireland legislation;

• “secondary legislation” means an instrument made under primary legislation;

• “UKRI” has the meaning given by section 91.
