Crossrail Act 2008 (c. 18) E+W

115 E+W In Schedule 3 to the Crossrail Act 2008 (stopping-up of highways) in paragraph 2(11) (local authorities which must be notified of proposed stopping-up) for paragraph (c) substitute—

“(c) the London Fire Commissioner,”.
