3 N.I.Rules under Article 359 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 may provide for any provision made by paragraphs 13 to 54 to cease to have effect before the end of the relevant period.

4 N.I.Rules under Article 359 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 may make transitional provision or savings in connection with any provision made by paragraphs 13 to 54 ceasing to have effect (whether by virtue of paragraph 3 or 12).
