NHS (Charitable Trusts Etc) Act 2016 E+W

31 (1) Schedule 1 to the NHS (Charitable Trusts Etc) Act 2016 is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph 4(b), omit paragraph (ii) (including the “and” at the end).

(3) Omit paragraph 14.

(4) In paragraph 18, omit paragraphs (f) and (h).

(5) Omit paragraph 19.
