12 In paragraph 7 of Schedule 2 to the Social Security Administration (Northern Ireland) Act 1992 (Commissioners: supplementary provisions)—

(a) for “Lord Chancellor” substitute “Department of Justice”;

(b) after “remuneration,” insert “and such allowances”;

(c) for “Treasury” substitute “Lord Chancellor”.
