65The regulations may make provision requiring the Regulator, where the Regulator publishes a document of a description specified in the regulations, to send a copy of the document to—
(a)Citizens Advice and Consumer Scotland, or
(b)the General Consumer Council for Northern Ireland (as the case may be).
