3 In Schedule 4 to the Listed Buildings Act (authorities exercising functions under the Act)—

(a) in paragraph 2—

(i) after “7”, where it first occurs, insert “, 7ZA, 7A,”;

(ii) after “urban development areas,” insert “new towns,”;

(b) in paragraph 4(1), after “7” insert “, 7ZA, 7A,”.
