42 As to affixing notices.U.K.
The words “church or chapel,” insomuch as regards the affixing of notices as by this Act directed, shall be deemed to include all places of religious worship according to the forms of the established Church; and in any parish or place not having a parish church or chapel as aforesaid the said notices shall be affixed to some public building within the limits of the said parish or place.
