In section 135(1) of the Food and Drugs Act 1955 (c.16) at the end of the definition of “the Ministers” there are added the words “or, in relation to any function under this Act to which the Transfer of Functions (Wales) (No. 1) Order 1978 applies, the Minister, the Secretary of State for Social Services and the Secretary of State for Wales acting jointly;”
