Linley Sambourne House

6.—(1) All interests of the London Residuary Body in Linley Sambourne House, 18 Stafford Terrace, London, W8, together with the contents thereof, shall vest in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (“the Royal Borough”).

(2) The Royal Borough shall assume the obligations of the Greater London Council as lessor under the lease of 18 Stafford Terrace dated 11 April 1980 and made between the Greater London Council of the one part and Richard Michael Robbins, Mary Hermione Hobhouse, Philip Horsley Strode and Leslie Paul Rees (being the then Trustees of the Victorian Society) of the other part.

(3) The Royal Borough shall use its best endeavours to secure reasonable public access to the property mentioned in paragraph (1).
