Matrimonial and Family Proceedings Act 1984 (Commencement No. 5) Order 1991 No. 1211 (C. 32)

2.  The following provisions of the Matrimonial and Family ProceedingsAct 1984 shall come into force on 14th October 1991:—

(a) sections 40 and 41; and

(b) so much of Schedule 3 as has not already been brought into forceand section 46(3) so far as it relates thereto.
