Coming into force
The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 97(1)(a), 105(1), (2)(e) and (4) and 108(1)1 of the Road Traffic Act 19882, and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with representative organisations in accordance with section 195(2) of that Act, and with the approval of the Treasury, hereby makes the following Regulations:

These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 1991 and shall come into force on 1st February 1992.

The Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) Regulations 19873 shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of this regulation.

In regulation 7 (Fees for licences)–
a
for the words “1st November 1988” there shall be substituted “1st February 1992”; and
b
for the table there set out there shall be substituted the following table–
