Crown proceedings—transitional provisions E+W

11.  For a period of two years from the date upon which this Order comes into force no order shall be made transferring proceedings in the High Court to which the Crown is a party to [F1 the County Court], except—

(a) when the proceedings are set down to be tried or heard; or

(b) with the consent of the Crown.
