Sections 1 to 9, 11, 24 to 29, 32, 33 and 37 of the 1971 Act and Schedules 2 to 4 to that Act shall extend, with the modifications specified in Part I of Schedule 1 to this Order, to Jersey.

Section 39(8) of the 1981 Act shall extend to Jersey.

The 1987 Act shall extend, with the modifications specified in Part II of Schedule 1 to this Order, to Jersey.

Sections 2, 7, 8, 9, 11 and 12 of the 1988 Act shall extend, with the modifications specified in Part III of Schedule 1 to this Order, to Jersey.
