The notice in this Order has been redesigned and takes account of amendments made to the “right to buy” provisions of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1987 by the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 principally in respect of the rent to loan scheme and the periods of occupation.
