3. Bareboat Charter ShipsU.K.
A certificate of bareboat charter [F1registry] for ships registered or to be registered on Part IV of the Register shall contain the details prescribed by either paragraph 1(a), (c), (d) and (e) (for ships other than fishing vessels) or paragraph 2(a), (b), (d), (e) and (f) (for fishing vessels) and the following:—
(a)the name and address of the charterer,
[F2(b)the unique number allocated to the ship for identification purposes by its primary register,]
(c)country of primary registration,
(d)original name (or a [F3translation] thereof) if different from its registered name.
