The Town and Country Planning (Hazardous Substances) (Scotland) Regulations 1993

Validity

23.  Section 231(1) (as read with section 233(3))(2) shall apply to appeals against hazardous substances contravention notices, subject to the modifications set out in Part 4 of Schedule 4.
