Applications under the Administration of Justice (Scotland) Act 1972
30.—(1) An application for an order under section 1(1) of the Administration of Justice (Scotland) Act 1972 (orders for inspection of documents and other property, etc.) shall be made by summary application where the proceedings in respect of which the application is made have not been commenced.
(2) An application for an order under section 1(1A) of the Administration of Justice (Scotland) Act 1972(1) (order on person to disclose information as to the identity of any peson who might be a witness or defender in any civil proceedings which are likely to be brought) shall be made by summary application.
