The Registered Trade Mark Agents (Mixed Partnerships and Bodies Corporate) Rules 1994

2.  In these Rules—

“the Act” means the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988;

“registered trade mark agent” means a person whose name is entered in the register kept pursuant to rules made under section 282 of the Act(1);
