SCHEDULE 3 TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS

PART II TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS CONSEQUENTIAL ON THE COMMENCEMENT OF OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE ACT ON 1ST APRIL 1994

11.  Notwithstanding the repeal on 1st April 1994 of section 81 of the Education Reform Act 1988(1), that section shall continue to have effect on and after that date in relation to any sums recoverable by the Secretary of State under section 81(1) of that Act for any financial year ending before that date.
