1. This Order may be cited as the Deregulation and Contracting Out Act 1994 (Commencement No. 4 and Transitional Provisions) Order 1995.
2. The Deregulation and Contracting Out Act 1994, so far as it has not been brought into force before, or is not brought into force as part of the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995(1) on, 1st January 1996 shall come into force on that day.
3. The Schedule to this Order (transitional provisions) shall have effect.
