The Uncertificated Securities Regulations 1995

The Treasury in exercise of the powers conferred on them by the Transfer of Functions (Financial Services) Order 19921 and by section 207 of the Companies Act 19892 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations of which a draft has been laid before Parliament in accordance with section 207(9) of the Companies Act 1989 and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament:
