1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Education (London Residuary Body) (Property Transfer) (Modification and Amendment) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 30th March 1995.
(2) In this Order “the principal Order” means the Education (London Residuary Body) (Property Transfer) Order 1992(1) .
