Amendment of the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 19943
In paragraph (4) of regulation 1 of the 1994 Regulations, in sub-paragraph (a) after “14(2)”there shall be added “, (3) and (3A)” and “and 14(5)(b)” shall be deleted.
