Amendment of the 1992 Management Regulations: general provisions

7.  Subject to regulation 9, the provisions of the 1992 Management Regulations amended by this Part of these Regulations shall continue to be regarded (if they would not otherwise continue to be so regarded) as provisions of health and safety regulations within the meaning of the 1974 Act(1).
