The Protection of Wrecks (SS Castilian) Order 1997

The Secretary of State for Transport, being satisfied that the vessel identified in article 2 of the following Order is, because of ordnance contained in it, in a condition which makes it a potential danger to life or property, and that on that account it ought to be protected from unauthorised interference, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(1) and (2) of the Protection of Wrecks Act 19731, and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
