57.2—(1) This Section contains rules about probate claims.
(2) Probate claims in the High Court are assigned to the Chancery Division.
[F2(3) Probate claims in the [F3County Court] must only be [F4started by sending the claim to, or making the claim at]—
(a)a [F5County Court hearing centre] where there is also a Chancery district registry; or
(b)the [F6County Court at Central London].]
(4) All probate claims are allocated to the multi-track.]
