This Part contains rules about the following types of proceedings relating to solicitors—

a

proceedings to obtain an order for a solicitor to deliver a bill or cash account and proceedings in relation to money or papers received by a solicitor (rule 67.2);

b

proceedings under Part III of the Solicitors Act 19743 relating to the remuneration of solicitors (rule 67.3); and

c

proceedings under Schedule 1 to the Solicitors Act 19744 arising out of the Law Society’s intervention in a solicitor’s practice (rule 67.4).

In this Part—

  • the Act” means the Solicitors Act 1974; and

  • LLP” means limited liability partnership.
