Rule 29  An application for an order under [F3 paragraph 9 or 10 of Schedule 4] shall be made in accordance with CPR Part 23, and the application notice, shall be served, with any supporting evidence, on the person alleged to be in default and on [F4 the person or body by whom compensation, if ordered, will be payable under paragraph 9(6) or 10(4)] not less than 7 days before the date fixed for the hearing of the application.
