The following provisions of the 1991 Act shall come into force on the appointed day—
a
section 81, to the extent necessary for bringing into force the provisions of paragraphs 6 and 12 of Schedule 7; and
b
paragraphs 6 and 12 of Schedule 7.

The following provisions of the 1991 Act shall come into force on the appointed day to the extent that they are not already in force—
a
section 67(4);
b
section 68(2)(b);
c
section 69.
