2.  The South of Luton-Watford Gap-Dunchurch Special Road Scheme 1956(1) is hereby partially revoked so that each of the routes described in the Schedule to this Scheme and whose centre line is indicated by a heavy black line on the deposited plan shall cease to be a special road for the exclusive use of traffic of Classes I and II of the classes of traffic set out in Schedule 4 to the Highways Act 1980 from the date when this Scheme comes into force.
