Fisheries Act 1981 (c.29) in respect of—
(a)the functions of “the Ministers" in Part I and Schedules 1, 2 and 3 so far as exercisable by the Secretary of State concerned with the sea fish industry in Wales; and
(b)Parts II to IV.
