102. In the Schedule to the Bail (Amendment) Act 1993 (Prescription of Prosecuting Authorities) Order 1994(1) (prescribed prosecuting authorities) for the words “The Post Office” are substituted the words “A universal service provider (within the meaning of the Postal Services Act 2000) in connection with the provision of a universal postal service (within the meaning of that Act)”.
