This Order may be cited as the Care Standards Act 2000 (Commencement No. 4) (England) Order 2001.

In this Order, any reference to a section is a reference to a section of the Care Standards Act 2000 and any reference to a Schedule is a reference to a Schedule to that Act.

This Order extends to England only.
