The Transport Act 2000 (Commencement No. 7) Order 2001
Made
The Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 275(1) and (2) of the Transport Act 20001 hereby makes the following Order:—
Citation and interpretation1
This Order may be cited as the Transport Act 2000 (Commencement No. 7) Order 2001.
Provisions coming into force in England2
The provisions of the Transport Act 2000 specified in the Schedule to this Order shall come into force on 26th October 2001 as respects England.
