1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Dangerous Substances and Preparations (Safety) (Consolidation) (Amendment) Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 1st August 2002.
(2) Regulation 2 below shall have effect notwithstanding the provisions of section 11(5) of the Consumer Protection Act 1987 M1.
