Now, therefore, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 175 (3) to (5) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992, sections 7(4A), 9(4A) and 11(1) and (4) of the Social Security Fraud Act 2001 and sections 1(5), 2(3), (4) and (6), 3(4) to (8), 4(3), 5, 6(2), 7(4) and (7), 9(4) and (5), 12(2) and (3), 15, 16(2) and 17(1) and (2) of the State Pension Credit Act 2002, hereby makes the following Regulations:
