Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996

23.—(1) The Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In section 3 (ineligible applicants)(2), in subsection (2)(f), before “health authority” there is inserted “Strategic Health Authority,”.

(3) In section 64 (persons eligible to participate in group repair scheme)(3), in subsection (7)(d), before “health authority” there is inserted “Strategic Health Authority,”.
