Requirements—The applicant must lodge with the form a cheque or postal order for the fee payable or a request in writing for the fee to be paid by Direct Debit under an authorised agreement with the land registry.
Where the estate affected by the caution is a lease, the applicant must add a note as to whether or not the lease is discontinuous.
