Appointed day in respect of independent advocacy services.2
1st September 2003 is the appointed day for the coming into force of—
a
section 12 of the Act (independent advocacy services); and
b
paragraph 6 of Schedule 5 to the Act (minor and consequential amendments) and, in so far as it relates to that paragraph, section 67(1) of the Act.
