The National Health Service Reform and Health Care Professions Act 2002 (Commencement No. 7) Order 2003

The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 42(3) of the National Health Service Reform and Health Care Professions Act 2002(1) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf hereby makes the following Order:—
