8. Where an application for admission to the register is made under [F2article [F313(1)(d) or (dd)] of the Order] and is refused—
(a)the application will be retained until the time for making an appeal, set out in rule 20, has elapsed;
(b)the applicant will not be entitled to any refund of the fee paid in accordance with rule 3(c) F4... of the Fees Rules;
(c)the applicant may make a new application for registration after the period for an appeal set out in rule 20 has elapsed, and any such application must be accompanied by the relevant fee, as set out in rule 3(c) F5... of the Fees Rules.]
