Treatment of areas of National Parks falling within more than one region

2.  The Secretary of State directs that—

(a)the area of the North York Moors National Park (which falls within Yorkshire and Humber region and North East region) and the area of the Yorkshire Dales National Park (which falls within Yorkshire and Humber region and North West region) are treated as falling wholly within Yorkshire and Humber region; and

(b)the area of the Peak District National Park (which falls within East Midlands region, West Midlands region, North West region and Yorkshire and Humber region) is treated as falling wholly within East Midlands region.
