60.  Regulation 25 of the Private and Voluntary Health Care (England) Regulations 2001(1) (fitness of premises) is amended as follows—

(a)in paragraph (4) for the words “fire authority” substitute “fire and rescue authority”; and

(b)for paragraph (5) substitute—

(5) In this regulation “fire and rescue authority” in relation to an establishment or agency, means the fire and rescue authority under the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004 for the area in which the establishment or agency is situated..
