Whereas a draft of this Order has been laid before and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 3A(1), (3), (6) and (10) of the Immigration Act 1971(1), the Secretary of State hereby makes the following Order:
