28. A verbatim record of the proceedings at the hearing must be taken and, if the member concerned so requests within the time limit for any appeal and after he has given notice of appeal in accordance with the Ministry of Defence Police Appeal Tribunals Regulations 2004(1), the supervising officer must supply him with a transcript of the record or a copy of it.
