The Residential Family Centres Regulations 2002

shall be amended as provided in this paragraph.

(2)

In regulation 2 (interpretation), in paragraph (1), for the definition of “general practitioner”, substitute—

“general practitioner” means a person who—

(a)

provides primary medical services pursuant to Part I of the National Health Service Act 1977; or

(b)

provides services which correspond to primary medical services provided under Part I of that Act, otherwise than in pursuance of that Act;
